Chance for Life is an Organization which supports the voluntary activities and which offers the framework and the tools necessary so that a bigger number of young people would have access to these. Chance for Life offers the possibility of involvement in EVS4ALL strategic partnership and of becoming international volunteers. Therefore, in the next period, Chance for Life will participate to the writing of the Erasmus+ projects in order to send Romanian volunteers to foreign countries through Europpean voluntary service (EVS), which will perform voluntary stages within partner organizations.
EVS is a EU program that allows young people with ages between 18 and 30 to participate in a voluntary stage, within a country – member of EU or part of the program and to benefit from having all expenses covered (transportation, local transportation, meals, accommodation, pocket money, medical insurance). The goal of this opportunity is to allow young people to develop their personality (develop new abilities, their knowledge and new attitudes) within intercultural environments during the entire period spent as volunteers in the organizations that will receive them.
When can you apply for EVS?
If you are available one or more months during the following period March – September 2016 for this kind of experience in one of the following countries: Poland, England, Germany, Spain, please write us using the email address firstname.lastname@example.org and send us your CV. Afterwards, you will receive from us a questionnaire that you will have to fill in with as many details as possible and send it back to us using the same email address. You will be contacted by a member of Chance for Life team in order to establish the next steps and to make sure your experience as a volunteer abroad will be adapted to your needs.

What can you do to support EVS 4 ALL?
European Voluntary Service supports and encourages young people with reduced opportunities to have access to international voluntary experiences in an environment and well defined and regulated (through EU laws) space. The opportunities don’t depend on religion, race, social category but they are meant to address all young people and to offer unique experiences. This is why, if you agree the development of policies that could help all young people to benefit of this wonderful experience, you can sign the online petition within EVS4ALL project here: https://www.change.org/p/evs4all
We are grateful to you for sharing our message towards the persons who could be interested from your friend groups and we promise all our appreciation and support.
